F*it Personal Training is about supporting amazing people to feel strength in their bodies and pride in their achievements.
For me, fitness is about inner strength, personal pride and loving your body for what it can do more than it is about anything else.
That might not be your starting point. We all have different relationships with our bodies, different histories and different desires for them.
My mission is to help you improve your relationship with your body. We will work through any injuries or issues you may have and plan a sustainable path towards the health and fitness goals that you desire.
What’s important here is that last bit: it’s not my job to tell you what you want for your body. We’ll build a programme for you which reflects your goals, whatever they might be.
